Barista - Bee Branch

Job Description (summary - not an exhaustive list of duties):

  • Take customer orders using a handheld device or our standard point-of-sale system

  • Prep cups using the correct recipe

  • Able to lift and carry 40 lbs. (example: large bags of sugar)

  • Clean bathrooms, grounds, work stations, etc.

  • Ya gotta like coffee - it is kinda our thing

  • Cooking/baking as needed

  • Able to smile and greet customers in person and on the phone and make them feel valued

  • Contribute to a positive work environment

  • Able to find value in every single person - like all the people - we like people

  • Follow company policies (to be provided).

  • Progress in the Barista tier program

  • Pay is minimum wage. Specifically 5.75/hr +tips, but never less than $11/hr.

    • unless you have barista experience

  • Advancement opportunity

  • Willing to work in Morrilton to get trained prior to opening in Bee Branch - we do not have a date set, yet

Manager - Bee Branch

Job Description (summary - not an exhaustive list of duties):

  • Ordering and gathering all products

  • Schedule staff to allow for proper coverage while maintaining a labor percentage of 30% or below.

  • Keeping Cost of Goods below 25%

  • Communicate the mission of Big Cuppa #SipBig #CommunityGatheringPlace #EveryoneHas Value

  • All the tasks listed in the barista position

  • Ya gotta like coffee - it is kinda our thing

  • Coordinate a positive work environment

  • Able to find value in every single person - like all the people - we like people

  • Follow company policies (to be provided).

  • Pay is $11/hr plus tips when working alone and $15/hr when working with others. Pay increases are based on labor percentages.

  • Hours: 30-40, Most Saturdays, some Sundays (really, whichever day is the busiest)

  • Willing to work in Morrilton to get trained prior to opening in Bee Branch - we do not have a date set, yet

  • Hours - varies, but we have a high need for 8am-4:30pm and 1pm - 6:30pm. Most Saturdays required, some Sundays required.
