Position:

Assistant Manager/shift lead (this is a task manager position vs. a people manager)

Pay: $11/hr plus tips

MUST LOVE COFFEE!

Duties:

Make all beverages and food orders.

Great customer service

Cleaning/maintaining work areas

Become the lead barista

Assist the manager in making/receiving supply orders

Assist the manager in maintaining/improving property

Assist the manager in quality control of product

Be proficient in the use of technology - Toast experience a plus

Troubleshoot point of sale and other technology based issues.

Inventory Audits

Assist the manager in making daily tasks lists.
