Job Description (summary - not an exhaustive list of duties):

• Take customer orders using a handheld device or our standard point-of-sale system

• Prep cups using the correct recipe

• Ability to tolerate working outside - sometimes in poor weather conditions

• Able to lift and carry 40 lbs. (example: large bags of sugar)

• Clean bathrooms, grounds, work stations, etc.

• Able to smile and greet customers in person and on the phone and make them feel valued

• Contribute to a positive work environment

• Follow company policies (to be provided).

• Available 6:30am - 1pm most weekdays and various hours on the weekends

• progress in the Barista tier program

• Pay is minimum wage ($11/hour)
